We are proud to guarantee all our designs for two years against all defects in workmanship and materials. Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident or neglect. Any product missing date of manufacture label will not be accepted for return. Please contact us for return merchandise authorization. We will never knowingly disappoint you. If for any reason your order was not fulfilled to your satisfaction please call us within 7 days of receipt so we may address your concerns. All non-warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain return merchandise authorization. The end user is responsible for return shipping. |
